Best customer service I ever had the pleasure to witness, I'm serious. Pleasant communication, quick answers, a great solution to my problem, which is why I am taking my time to write a review. They were very nice and generous and I would order there again in a heartbeat. I'm sorry if this review looks kind of bought, I guess I am just not experienced with nice customer service like this, hence my excitement. My questions were answered within a day!!! best plugs i ever had
when you make them fit well, they swallow almost any sound so silent it is wonderfull only downgrade are the edges on the foamies if they where slightly curved, it would be so comfy to wear them that one might forget they are in your ears but they are awesome nonetheless

I bought the guitar over 2 weeks ago…
I bought the guitar over 3 weeks ago now, it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days. I contacted the support to inform you that DHL has been putting on hold for a while and the tracking status says custom papers are missing. I received a response a few days later and an offer of small discount. But still no guitar or an update on when it will arrive.
In the EU? Check for shipping delays.
It’s been nearly a month since I ordered an in stock E Piano with an estimated delivery date of February 5. It has yet to arrive. I strongly suggest that anyone in the EU order from an EU based company until the importation issues are solved between the UK and the EU. I gave them one star back as they have been responsive and refunded the shipping. I’ll probably update this review when/if the piano arrives. Edit: The piano has made progress. I received a call today letting me know that it cleared customs and should be delivered in two days. They also went ahead and provided a rebate due to the delay. Great service. Hopefully the shipping delays to the EU will improve. I went ahead and increased my two star rating to five stars.
Late delivery
I've bought an amplifier which was expected to be delivered between Feb 4th and Feb 5th, however it was not delivered and no tracking number was provided so far (Feb 10th).

2020-yamaha subwoofer delivered to UK with unusable two-pin plug-eventually replaced. 4/2/21-yamaha psr sx600 keyboard delivered to UK with unusable two-pin plug-collection and refund requested. 5/2/21-yamaha subwoofer delivered to UK with unusable two pin plug-there aren't really words anymore........!
