Great service, Speedy delivery

Great service, very speedy shipping and exactly what I needed. 2000 F250 Superduty 7.3 Fuel bowl leaking and needed parts quick, Kt got em to me in 3 days. Like Willie says " On the road again " thanks guys

WOW, Read the facebook page reviews for KTPerformance. What an organization, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY when you read his complaints which are MANY, Suggest once you find the part number on their website, copy and paste on Google. You will find better prices, free shipping, customer service and an Owner and Employees that do not love to argue and/or rude as hell. face#### Reviews After reviewing KTPerformance and owner Kenny Thompson, I HAVE NOW BECAME A WHISTLEBLOWER. The many multiple websites and negative reviews demonstrates further investigation is required. I will be notifying the Florida Attorney General office to open an investigation. It is amazing the complaints and delays for refunds he has gotten by with according to his complaint which can be investigated and hopefully confirmed. As of today, I am a Whistleblower against KTPerformance and Kenny Thompson.

Simple Minded Company

This simple minded High School Drop that keeps trying to block me does not relieze I will keep posting and have on MULTIPLE websites. These lying people need to be gone. Gooogle this company, AMAZING I'm sure you don't understand. All the many many online complaints clearly show ya"ll are very simple minded and all the complaints online you blame the customer, it is never KTPerformance fault. All the replies are written very unprofessional and rude. I'll try to clear up your confusion if you promise to get someone with common sense to read it and explain it to you. Your website showed the part would be DELIVERED OCT 16 before I put it in the cart and in your confirmation email. Fedex sent an email showing it will be delivered OCT 16. At the end of the day, Fedex changed it to will be delivered OCT 17. At the end of the day, they changed it to will be delivered OCT 18 BY 10:05AM. I emailed you morons of their delay because unlike your poor organization, they work Sat & Sun and those are what you would call "BUSINESS DAYS' It arrived at 11:21am not by 10:05 I placed the order because I needed it OCT 16 NOT OCT 18 therefore you lied to a customer once again. Those dates are not the FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAYS as you falsely stated. Got it now IGMO? Please get someone to explain it to you.

Gary, I'm extremely confused of the issue with your order and why you feel it did not meet expectations. You placed your order on Thursday 10/14 at 6:10pm (our hours are 9am-6pm). When you placed your order for the $41 part, you elected the "FREE Ground Shipping" option. Your order was processed the next morning, 10/15 at 9:28am. The order was shipped out that same day and the tracking information was sent to you. Your order then arrived to you on the very next business day, Monday 10/18 at 11:21am. • Your order was placed after hours on Thursday thus making it a order for Friday morning. • Your order was processed and shipped on Friday • Your item arrive the morning of the next business day • You elected the "FREE Ground Shipping" which shows it might take up to 5+ business days So when the facts are laid out, your FREE shipping was delivered to you the next business day. So I'm still confused on what delivery you thought you were receiving as you should have been extremely happy with your FREE Next Day AM Delivery. -BYH

I'm not going to waste a lot of my time because I already have with this company It's very simple they're unprofessional unorganized and constantly lie about the situation. People beware we all want good customer service these days this company is inadequate and cannot provide good customer service.

Diana, I would just like to put some facts along with your review so that people can get a better understanding of the full issue you had. Your son placed an order for a suspension kit. 5-6 months after the purchase you called to see if it could be returned as his truck was broke down and he did not have the money to fix it. We advised that while it was outside of the 30 days return window that is clearly listed in our return policy, we would still see if there was something that we could do for you. We reached out to the manufacturer to see if they would take the part and they stated that it was outside of their 90 day return window and that they could not take the item back. You then became very upset with our staff threatening them and cussing at them. I'll be happy to share the phone recording with you in case your memory of the call differs from that. All said and done, it was way outside of our return policy guidelines and we still tried to help but it was too long after the purchase to setup a return. While we are sorry that your son doesn't have the money to repair his truck, the fact that he decided to purchase a lift kit that he still had not installed after 5-6 months is not our fault. We do wish the best for you and your family. If your son would like to call and speak with us him self (as he is the one that made the purchase), we will be happy to speak with him as well.

Just ordered a part from Kt performance on saturdy night a cancelled it on Monday morning and they took my money out on Wednesday then I gave me my money back $15 short for cancellation fees if you ever buy anything from Kt performance there gonna take your money when it just sat in the computer it's a joke I will never buy from there again and I will let all my friends and family know and the world thank you Kt performance for what such crappy service It was never taken off of the shelf it was sitting in the computer and they charged me $15 joke crappy service You just stole my money B where people of Kt performance

Ordered a Crown left fender for my 94…

Ordered a Crown left fender for my 94 YJ. When it came in Box was in pieces and it was a knock off of the fender. Part was warped from welding supports too high, sharp edges, looked like someone took a grinding wheel to it also it had pitted rust marks they primed over. I ordered a right fender from a real company and I painted and installed with no problems. The part was claimed to be new and you can't even find it any more on their website. He is giving me a hard time getting money back because he is putting claim in for shipping damage but how can you blame the poor quality of the item?

Great cervice..

I read many negative reviews about ktp and I was hesitant to buy from them but I decided to give them a chance.. so I oder a fuel injector for my 2005 f250 6.0 and I received it within 3 days and I got exactly what I oder so I'm glad I oder it and now I just ordered 2 more injector and I will buy more as soon as I have more money 💰 I need 4 more ... thanks KTP ...

Terrible company

Terrible company. They don’t even list dimensions on their site for bedliners and sent the wrong size. Zero help returning it! So I returned it, 2 months later, no refund, no return of calls from ‘Senior customer service rep Bailey Griner.’ Worst mistake I’ve made ordering from this nobody company online. Rude, incompetent, thieves! Very bad representation of an American company for e-commerce. One more reason to just stay at Amazon instead of trying to help small businesses out. Just look at how Bailey replies to the endless dissatisfied customers here at trustpilot! That will explain everything! One response, they say to their customer, we will not tolerate yelling or cussing our reps! Yeah okay, like you can do anything except refuse to refund them! Tough guys! My bedliner was about $300, maybe I’ll just donate it to these two guys who run this joke of a company. If you have to make money selling wrong, garbage parts (to steal the customers return) life must be hitting you hard. Bailey definitely needs the money more than I do, guy refuses to refund me or return a call. Merry Christmas loser.

Customer purchased a bed liner that specifically states on our website that it is 69" long. For some reason he thought it would fit his 78" truck bed. He has called our office 11 times with most of them yelling at our customer service reps and threatening them as well as using nasty derogatory language. He also sent some extremely violent emails, but we still worked hard to get him taken care of. We have multiple call recording that he even admitted to it being his fault for ordering the wrong product. We sent the customer a return label and the customer placed a chargeback with his credit card company. We disputed the charge back because the customer was still in possession of the bed liner. The customer did finally send the liner back and we were not able to refund right away because it was tied up in PayPal do to the pending dispute that he had created earlier. It did finally clear the pending status and we refunded him on 12/4.

Draw Tite Hitch - Not a Good Company

I ordered a Draw Tite hitch for my Toyota Sienna! Tracked it from UPS and it says that it will deliver on a Tueday. Waited it to be delivered but when I tracked the shipment again that Tuesday, it says that it will be returned back to sender because the address doesn't have a unit number! Called KT Performance, put me on hold and after 40 to 45 minutes the customer service lady offered me a refund!!! I said I needed the hitch so I won't cancel! I waited and waited, two to three weeks after, still no hitch! I called today and I was inquiring where my hitch is or when will it deliver... again, I was put on hold by a Jessica. 45 minutes after, she offered me a refund! I said I needed the hitch! She said that the hitch they sent me, got damaged so they are out of stock. They called the manufacturer, non in stock! Spoke to the supervisor, just offered me a refund! I took it and said, I would never ever order from KT Performance! They already knew that they are out of stock and the customer has been calling about what he ordered... still, no one lifted a finger to dial and call to inform the customer!!! Not a good company to invest your money on!

Awesome place for oem or aftermarket parts!

I recently purchased an order from kt performance and I spoke with bailey g in sales and he was a great help with finding out what I needed for my truck for specific applications. I just want to say great service and I will continue to purchase from here. Highly recommended.

I have recently visited KT performance and the girl jessie at the front desk was a huge help. Everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. They got me the parts I needed fast. I would recommend KT to anyone! I will definitely be going back and dealing with jessie!

Pizz poor service and a ripoff

I ordered humvee X door seals on May 15th for my doors after Mr. Bailey insisted he had oem factory door seals. I called and made it a point to make sure he knew that i needed the factory seals and not some aftermarket seals. He seemed to catch a little attitude because i wanted to confirm they were the right parts. He insisted they were and i let his attitude go unchecked because i just wanted my parts. I sent him $260 dollars. He charged me 20 dollars to ship even though the never ending audio while on hold states shipping is free on all parts over $100 excluding ltl orders which it wasnt. The doors seals arrive and they were generic rubber door seals i could have just bought off of ebay. I call after being on hold forever. Now he wants pictures of my door seals. I send him a picture. He stated he will send me a return shipping label.....i wait ..no label...i call the next day in the morning..states hes gonna send me a label..no label .i call in the afternoon...He says hes going to send me my label..No Label...I call the next day...says hes going to send me a label..no label .i call again and he wont let me talk to anyone but him...still havent gotten a label, havent gotten a refund....I checked my phone records..i have called kt performance 25 times and all ive gotten is 4 cheap knockoff humvee door seals that do not even fit my vehicle and an attitude. Im out $260 and now i have to dispute the purchase with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Its been 14 days. Bailey talks to people like he will never see them in person. I just want my money back so i can buy door seals from someone who knows what they are talking about. I hate to say this but i hope his Prius gets a flat and the wrecker he calls to change his tire for him charges him a lot. If you have a project you are working on dont waste your time with this company and dont take parts off your vehicle in anticipation of them sending the right parts. You will have to speak with the phone princess that knows nothing and everything and wont help you or even know what you are talking about

Michael, I'm sorry about this issue with you order. I know that the label has already been sent and we still are planning on helping you with the return. But first I would like to lay some facts out to clear up the lies you have put out here. When placing your order, this was a special order item that was ordered directly from the manufacturer of the HUMVEE vehicles. You advised that you have the factory X-Door, soor the seal was ordered for the factory X-Door and that is what you received. The reason there was a shipping cost, is that this was a special order. Bailey could have just inflated the price to cover the cost of shipping, but he did not and charged you based off of the actual cost to keep your price low. I'm sorry for the hold times we currently have. We are extremely short staffed due to the COVID-19 crisis and working through the call load as quickly as possible. Currently our call load is 5-10 calls on hold throughout most of the day. I do show that you called us a large number of times, however most of those calls you hung-up the phone while on hold in the call que and called right back. When you do that, it places your call in the back of the line ensuring it will take longer for you to talk to someone. As far as 14 days, it has been 14 days since you placed your order. You did contact us that there was an issue until yesterday (5/28). Yesterday a shipping label was emailed to you. We have emailed it to you again today. We have done everything for you on our end we possibly can. But we will not tolerate you yelling and cussing at our staff.

Bad customer service

I ordered a diablosport intune i2 programmer from KT performance for a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3. I even left a comment in the description box with details on my truck.It was supposed to arrive on Thursday an extra day was added. Got it on Friday. Opened up the box and it was a Superchips programmer for a FORD!! Now I have been diligently trying to get my product or my money returned back to me. It is now Tuesday and still no product or resolution from this company after contacting them Friday morning letting them know they sent the wrong product and I was informed someone would contact me by end of day Friday, but nobody did. The guys at KT working on it seemed like they were trying to resolve the issue, but the supplier for KT Performance doesn't seem to care what they give you, nor do they pay attention to the comments on your order. Finally, after speaking to the guys at KT they got me a return label, but still don't have my product, and can't get it til I return the wrong product they sent. I have been totally honest in my review of this order and I will never place another order with KT Performance. I had to call KT performance on every occasion. I waited til 10a.m. one morning, lunch time another, and 3 pm another day before I called them, because they had not contacted me as I was told. That's why we were in contact everyday. By the way, I placed this order April 14th today being May 5th, 2020 and I still don't have my money after returning the product, but was sent an email confirming my refund yesterday.

Timothy, I'm sorry that you feel the need to lie in your review. We have spoken with you at least 6 times since you reached out to us. You actually got off the phone with Bailey less than 30 minutes before writing this review. Yes, the distributor did ship out the incorrect item and we are getting it picked up from you and having them send you the correct product. I am a little surprised by this review also because you have been (at least said you are) understanding of the situation in your phone conversations with Bailey, Lewis & myself. But rest assured, even after you have left this false review, we are still going to get this issue resolved for you.

Honestly not a good company to deal…

Honestly not a good company to deal with. Got the runaround from Bailey and Jessie On why my parts did not arrive. In the end they forgot to ship them out on the day I ordered them (on time for the shipping deadline.) They overnighted them to me but guess what ups doesn’t do Saturday overnight delivery! Had to rent a car for another week because parts did not get there as promised so I could complete the job on the weekend. They said they would refund some of my money back after two weeks got told I’m out of luck and they weren’t gonna do anything for me. I would not use this company . Not customer service orientated they will feed you a line of BS because They don’t care! Parts where as described but other than that 👎👎👎👎

I ordered a clutch kit from kt…

I ordered a clutch kit from kt proformance thinking it was a twin disk clutch kit as shown in the picture they provided on their website but come to find out it was a single disk clutch kit. That wasnt the worst part i ordered the kit and waited for it to ship after a week i never got an email from them saying it shipped. I had to call them to find out what was going on and they found it was a problem in their system they said they would give me a call back and they never did i had to call them 2 more times before it finally got shipped out. All in all i had to wait over 2 weeks to get the clutch kit and to find out it wasnt what i needed so i called them up to ship it back and it took them 2 weeks to email me the return information. This is the worst customer service and worst company ive ever bought parts from.

Ford ZF Input Shaft

Recently purchased repair kit for our 01 F450 with ZF trans. During clutch replacement we found Input shaft on trans worn at pilot. This kit it all you need. High quality. Inexpensive compared to alternative. Would recommend there products to anyone!!! Great job guys!
