Terrible company

Terrible company - I ordered 2 bolts of 108 tulle on April 19th and by April 29th when I didn't receive I reached out to the company and was told that they didn't have in stock! This is 10 days later after I ordered and received a confirmation email! I don't think they were ever going to let me know. I was hung up on the first customer service rep I spoke to and the 2nd said sorry not in stock and couldn't tell me anything else except that she only worked there - don't order.

Was told 3 times by 2 separate people they refunded me and I checked with my credit card and they never did. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

A good online fabric source.

I have ordered 3 times from this online store and have received my order in perfect condition each time. They gave a generous cut, allowing at least 3 inches on each end to make up for slightly uneven hand cutting. Delivery was on time as promised. Will definitely order here again.

Online Fabric Store not fulfilling orders and does not respond

I ordered about $100 worth of items for a Roman Shade project I was working on. I received the decor fabric in a reasonable amount of time but all the other items have NOT been received and OFS is not responding to any of my calls or emails. Meanwhile, I ordered items from Sailrite and got instant contact information including when to expect my items. I wished I had researched this company before I ordered. There are many reviews about how poor this company is. I would NOT recommend them. My next filing will be with the BBB. At this point, I feel like they are just scamming people with no intention of fulfilling orders.

Never got an acknowledgement my order…

Never got an acknowledgement my order was received. Tried calling but after 45 -60 minutes on hold, the line was dropped (several times). Emailed them, got an acknowledgement they got it and someone will reply. No one did. I went ahead and got what I need from eBay. I got it right away. a month and a half later, I am getting my package from onlinfabric. Sure, blame it on Covid but I say this happened because you run a clown business. I am still disputing their charge with Amex. What a waste of time!

Ordered May 1, it is now June 25 with no status on order, can't check it online, after 2 emails on different days, no replies. Only when I canceled the order, did I get a reply. This place is simply not worth the aggravation.
