Worst customer service ever stay clear of this company
shipped my order to different address
I placed an order on 03/13/2020 .. Today is 03/18/2020 .. I never received my order !!!! I wrote you a couple of letters saying that I don’t understand where my order is! ??? You answered me with a stupid letter, that I returned the goods back to you !!!!! This is not possible !! Since my invoice shows the delivery address .... city Will. and you sent an order to the city NEW castle !!!!! I don’t understand why, I have to be nervous and demand an answer from you !!!!! This is your mistake you sent to the wrong place !!! Why should I find out all this, write out You !!!! This is a mistake of your store? !!! Why does your customer service make me a fool and say that I sent the goods back? !!!! WHEN will my package be delivered !!!!!!!! To the address which I indicated on the Invoice !!!! And when your store gives me a normal answer !!! I am very disappointed ...order 629021
They need to take it to a more modern level.
Slow and cumbersome to deal with by modern online shopping standards. Really difficult to deal with when there is a problem. They make the customer responsible for everything. Shipping takes almost 2 weeks WITHIN the US—unless you want to pay $15 for 3 day shipping. They don’t answer the phone during business hours. Too many other stores out there with great customer service to bother with this dinosaur.
