Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Order uggs as a present and realised straight after I had ordered the wrong size and sent a request to cancel the order. That was Friday. I heard nothing back so sent another request. Heard nothing. So I sent another request. Nothing. Today which is Monday they finally get back to me to tell me my order is already gone and they can't do anything about it. This is a present for someone. I ordered a different pair off their site so now the person receiving them will have to return them. What a joke of customer service.

Excellent company got my uggs yesterday was a little late but it’s christmas and the delivery guy was really polite and apologised as the traffic was terrible ( it’s christmas so I understand) I spoke to a loverly polite lady at customer service was very helpful and told me my parcel was running late loverly woman I’m over the moon with the quality of these uggs superb and packaging looks like someone took time and care to pack thank you Other company’s selling these need to stop I can’t say the name of one but I went in the shop and a woman was trying to sell me some that looked shocking they were not even the same shade and the packaging was poor ( ONLY UGG I THINK SHOULD SELL THESE BOOTS AS THERES ARE FANTASTIC AND THE QUALITY IS THERE 100% thanks ugg
